Un problème lors d'un atelier ou d'une location ? Notre équipe vous adresse une première réponse sous 72 h après le signalement, puis examine les éléments avec vous et le professionnel. Ce délai concerne la première réponse ; la résolution dépend de la situation et des échanges nécessaires.

One policy, the same for everyone: 5 days before or more → service refunded 100% · between 48 h and 5 days → 50% · less than 48 h → non-refundable. The €1 service fee is retained when the cancellation comes from the customer.
