Grow your business as a ceramicist

All statuses with a valid SIRET number are accepted: micro-entrepreneur, sole proprietorship, SARL, SAS, association… If your registration is still in progress, contact us to prepare your sign-up in advance.

Nothing at all as long as you do not sell. Registration is free, there is no subscription, no advertising fee, no monthly fee. The commission is deducted from the displayed price, not added to it. The customer pays the price you display, plus a €1 service fee that goes to Ceramispot; you receive your price minus the commission. If you sell nothing, you pay nothing — only late-cancellation penalties may apply.

Once your service has taken place, the net amount (after commission) is transferred to your bank account within a few days. The client pays at the time of booking — you have no reminders to send and no invoices to issue.

Absolutely. Ceramispot is a complementary sales channel. You keep your website, your social media and your other channels. The platform brings you extra visibility with a qualified audience, without cannibalising your existing business.

Ceramispot applies a single, fixed cancellation policy to every booking: you do not choose it, and you accept it once, when you create your first listing. The detailed terms are on our dedicated page: Cancellation and refunds. If you cancel, the client is refunded in full, service fee included. A first cancellation over the last twelve rolling months costs you nothing, unless it is given less than 48 h before the session, in which case it counts at the next rank. Beyond that, a flat indemnity applies (€5, then €15, then €25), except in cases of force majeure, the client's own doing, safety, or an accepted reschedule — that is article 12.2 of the terms.
